RICS/RPSA Condition Report Level 1

New build quality control inspections

Snagging inspection

A comprehensive, visual inspection of a new build property within the first 2 years following occupation. The report is in accordance with the newly created New Homes Quality Board which is backed by the Government and the New Homes Ombudsman. 

De snag

Following your new build inspection we offer a de snag service, this entails us attending and reviewing the previously issued snag sheet ensure that the developer has completed all of the items listed to the desired standard.
